Pardue Criminal Law

Tobias Pardue

My name is Tobias L. Pardue.  I was born and raised in Florida. I attended the University of Florida and graduated in 1994 with a degree in Finance.  I then attended Stetson University College of Law.  I became licensed to practice law in 1997 and have been defending people charged with criminal offenses and or traffic violations ever since.  I have handled cases ranging from speeding tickets to a host of life felonies. My office is conveniently located in the Airport Business Center just across the street from the Pinellas County Criminal Courts Complex.
My Law Firm consists of myself and my assistant Jenica. When you call my office you can expect to be treated in both a personal and professional manner.  We have instant access to all online records, including full driving history directly from the DMV.  I have found that I am able to answer most questions in just a 5-10 minute phone consultation.  Our office is open 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday-Thursday and 8:30 am to 2:30 pm on Fridays. I do not use an answering service for after hours or weekend phone calls.  Instead, my office phones are forwarded to my cell phone any time I am out of the office. I do this so that my clients can reach me when they need me.

"Perhaps the best way to describe the range of services that I offer is to say simply: if it involved a cop, it should probably involve me."
